2. Exceptional Refund Cases

3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Dissatisfaction with the volume or quality of leads found (as results vary by niche and location)
- Lack of technical skill to utilize the exported data
- Violations of platform policies or Terms of Service
4. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments unless otherwise required by law.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take 5-10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
